Data and Tools
At Great Lakes Bioenergy, we draw on the expertise of engineers, plant scientists, biochemists, microbiologists, and ecologists to develop sustainable biofuels and bioproducts. In pursuit of this goal, GLBRC researchers and staff collect and publish large amounts of data, sharing it via public repositories. Our team also develops new research tools to manage this information. In the pages listed below, you can find select public GLBRC datasets, our research tools, and a selection of external resources that our researchers regularly employ.
Highlighted on our data sets page are select studies containing data of interest to the scientific community.
On our research tools page, you can find a selection of web-based research tools and applications, developed collaboratively between GLBRC scientists and our Information Services group.
On our external resources page, you can find a selection of public data repositories, genetic sequence databases, and software and data platforms that our researchers commonly use.
