Gary Folkert

Gary Folkert is a Senior Advisor for Innovation Partnerships at Cargill, a global leader in food and agricultural products. He brings more than two decades of experience in biotechnology, fermentation, and product development, with a strong focus on advancing strategic innovation and translating scientific advancements into scalable, commercially viable solutions. In his role, he works at the intersection of science and business, building partnerships that accelerate the development and deployment of new technologies. Gary holds a BS in cell and molecular biology from Winona State University.
