The Fermentation Challenge inquiry activity has been updated with enzyme recommendations, lab tips, and data samples. This is the next step after completing Fermentation In A Bag.

Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education Program Youth and Youth Educator. Two grant opportunities for $400 and $2,000 maximum. Proposals are due by 4:30pm, Friday, January 14, 2011.
